Yad Vashem (English Version)

Marianne and Robert Weil of Mannheim did not survive the Holocaust. The letters they wrote to their mother in London were in possession of their cousin Hannah in Israel. Hannah and her husband Oded shared the letters with Miriam, who made comments on them, after which Oded and Hannah made a small publication about the lives of Marianne and Robert. After that they donated the original letters to Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. Yad Vashem wrote about this in their magazine, and national newspaper Ma’ariv also devoted an article to it.
